While for the most part pressing the buttons Power Freeze and the Power Cool buttons at the same time works, you need to hold down different button combinations, in some Samsung models.
For instance, there are a couple of Samsung refrigerator models where you have to hold onto the Freezer and Energy Saver down simultaneously for 8 seconds to reset the appliance.
So if the Power Freeze and the Power Cool pair won’t help, try to press the Freezer and Energy Saver button down at the same time (for 8 seconds always).
Your other option is pushing down Cool Select and Power Freeze buttons – it could take yours out of FF mode or power safety mode if that is what is giving you blues.
Also, you can perform system reset by pressing the Freezer button + Fridge button in a couple of models.

Keep in mind that you might have to try holding down the right two buttons on yours several times or for longer -10 seconds and more) to make your troublesome appliance reset if it is not responding during your initial attempt.
